Who is Keith Haring?
Keith Haring, like Andy Warhol and Basquiat, was one of the leading artists in American art in the 1980s. Between 1980 and 1986, he was internationally acclaimed for a series of exhibitions. In 1988, he was diagnosed with AIDS, and the following year he established a foundation. Until his death in 1990, at the age of 31, he remained actively involved in the HIV and AIDS prevention and awareness campaign through his art activities.

In 1986, Keith Haring stopped the creation of Subway Drawing and opened the "POP SHOP" in New York. At the Nakamura Keith Haring Collection Museum Shop, we have reproduced the "POP SHOP" which no longer exists in New York. As the one and only museum of Keith Haring, we offer limited items that can only be purchased here.
