We would like to inform our guests, those who have made reservations with us, and those considering a stay at our property of fraudulent messages related to phishing scams.
We have confirmed cases in which messages impersonating Lodge Atelier have been sent to guests via WhatsApp and other messaging services, requesting actions such as “confirming or verifying a reservation,” “entering or re-entering credit card information,” or “making payment for a stay.”
Lodge Atelier does not use WhatsApp or other messaging applications to request reservation confirmation, credit card information, or payment from our guests.
We contact our guests only through the messaging service of the booking platform used to make the reservation or via email from our official domain (@keith.jp).
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Lodge Atelier, please take the following precautions:
Do not open or click any URLs or links contained in the message.
Do not enter or provide any credit card or personal information.
Do not reply to the suspicious message.
We are working closely with the relevant booking platforms and other parties to take the necessary measures regarding this matter.
We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask all guests to remain vigilant when receiving suspicious messages.
